RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you change your mind at anytime before delivery of most purchases, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of taking possession. All returned merchandise must be in "as new" condition and include original packaging. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Special orders are non-refundable.

Sale merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

DELIVERY & SET UP SERVICE

We offer delivery service to our regional area, from Salem to Eugene and Newport to Sweet Home. Delivery includes set up in desired space. We do not move or remove existing furniture, so please have your space cleared prior to delivery.

Delivery charges are flat-rate based on distance from our store. Please see below for general guidelines. Rates are shown below. All other areas, please check with the store.

We do not ship our furniture.

PICK-UP

Order pick-up times are Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm. Please call 24 hours before to ensure that your order is ready and our crew is available to load your furniture. Wood Castle furniture is boxed, with the exception of most sale merchandise. However, it is best to bring extra packing or ties, especially if in an open truck. Wood Castle is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
